I am going out riding today. Probably heading to my humble abode of White Ranch. We have a month or two left in the riding season and the evenings are already getting cooler. Kind of nice. I also want to get some time in at the gym. I looked pudgy to say the least on my ride last night. All the stress with a job search can do that. I think I might be coming to an end with this for a bit. Crossing my fingers for now.
Otherwise, the interview went well and I am pretty excited about what could develop from it. I applied to some other jobs today and also got a confirmation to take a border patrol exam in Salt Lake City next month. Still, working for a constantly changing and challenging environment described by the owner of the company sounds very sweet. I live for challenges if you haven't noticed. A busy schedule is the sign of a good life in my books. Right now, I am going crazy trying to stay busy in some ways. I never want to see the Regis Library again, except maybe once or twice when I wrap up my Project Management certificate hopefully this fall.
So for now, I remain positive, hopeful, and ambitious. Hopefully my legs will carry me up White Ranch as smoothly as possible and I will get a chance to enjoy the view in the process.
I am off!
